Tell us how we're doing
Council’s business covers a wide range of activities and impacts your daily life more than you may realise. Roads, footpaths, water supply, recycling, recreation facilities, policy development and town planning – that’s all us, just to name a few. And we want to hear from our residents on how we're doing.
Four times a year we send out an anonymous online Customer Satisfaction Survey.
It asks about people’s perceptions of the lifestyle in the district, and their thoughts about council services, facilities, leadership, and financial management.
Independent research company, Key Research use the responses received to produce quarterly dashboards and a report at the end of the financial year. We use the feedback gathered to identify ways we can improve what we’re doing, and so we know what people think is working well too.
Email invites for the latest round of the survey were sent on Tuesday 12 November 2024. If you received an invite, please take the opportunity to have your say. It’s all anonymous.
